From the second we met Rick to learn about the windows our home needed to the moment Rafeal left after installation, I was blown away by every step! I had dreamed of having new windows on my home for 15 years and was very particular with the design, color and grids that I wanted. Rick went above and beyond to reassure my “ideas” and accommodate all of my changes without any hesitation. And when Rafeal installed them, he was magic! The installation process with Rafeal went better than perfect and you could not even tell work had been done inside or outside of our home. This company needs to be recognized for their outstanding employees and their dedication to making their customers happy. I would also like to thank Stacy and Eric for being so easy to work with throughout the scheduling process and always there to answer a question and help! We recently had our windows replaced, on a 30+year old home, by the Best Buy Windows and Sidings team.  I am absolutely amazed at how beautiful the windows look and am excited about the high return on investment we will get.  The product is outstanding.  The price was good and the technicians (Rafael and his teammate) provided outstanding service.  The team was professional, clean, timely and did an absolutely amazing installation of 36 windows.
